An Exchange of People and Ideas between Japan and Mississippi

The Mississippi Opinion Makers' Tour represented the first opportunity of its kind for State leaders in the areas of government, business, agriculture, the media, and education to meet with their counterparts in Japan and exchange ideas on a wide variety of issues, all with the intent of laying the foundation for a constantly expanding, multi-faceted set of mutually beneficial relationships between the peoples of Japan and Mississippi.
